## Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and strengthening relationships with key clients and partners.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term customer value. This role combines sales acumen with entrepreneurial thinking — you'll not only sell but also help shape how we grow.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & New Business Acquisition

  • Identify, target, and secure new clients, distributors, resellers, or corporate accounts
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events
  • Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospects
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals within approved pricing and commercial guidelines

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across existing and potential client organizations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services based on evolving customer needs

Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop entry strategies for new geographic areas, verticals, or distribution channels
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design campaigns that support lead generation and brand positioning

Partnership & Alliance Development

  • Explore and establish strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or agency agreements
  • Manage partner onboarding, performance tracking, and incentive structures
  • Facilitate co-branded initiatives or shared business planning with key partners
