We are hiring a highly skilled Business Development Manager with compulsory finance industry experience to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to the financial services market
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the finance ecosystem
- Conduct market and financial industry research to stay ahead of trends and competitors
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and financial stakeholders
- Deliver tailored financial solutions to meet client needs and enhance satisfaction
- Negotiate and close high-value deals to meet revenue targets
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads specifically within the finance industry
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, pitches, and business plans for financial products and services
- Monitor sales performance and optimize strategies for improved financial gains
Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support business objectives
- Provide detailed reports on sales, market insights, revenue forecasts, and business performance
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and financial regulatory standards
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in business development within the finance industry (compulsory)
Skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to identify and maximize business opportunities
