## Title: Business Development Manager
Position Summary
We are growing and seeking an innovative Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and positioning our organization as a foremost provider of communication and leadership training in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify and secure new opportunities across corporate, educational, and individual markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement
- Promote training programs through effective marketing and strategic partnerships
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in the education, training, or consulting sector is an advantage
Compensation
N200,000 per month
