About the Role
An established company is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and marketing team initiatives
- Generate leads and manage deal closure
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Train and develop team members
- Operate and manage mobile app functionality
- Travel outside Lagos as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Prior experience in the microfinance sector
- Proven experience leading a sales or marketing team
- Experience with mobile app operation
- Track record in lead generation and deal closure
- Training experience with demonstrated ability to train others
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Willingness to travel outside Lagos
Location Requirements
Candidates must reside in Alimosho or its environs.
