FoodCourt is transforming its app into a food and commerce powerhouse, where customers can access their favourite meals and the hottest products in one place. FC Shop is our newest vertical, poised to dominate categories including food retail, fashion, electronics, beauty, lifestyle, and more.
The Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to find, sign, and launch the most sought-after brands in Nigeria. You will secure category leaders and negotiate strategic deals involving exclusivity agreements, premium margins, and co-marketing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Sign 10–15 high-value partners per month
- Achieve 80% coverage of top brands per category
- Fill category gaps and maintain SKU stock levels
- Drive 30% month-on-month GMV growth from your portfolio
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, partnerships, or related roles (e-commerce, FMCG, or retail)
- Proven track record as a deal-closer
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Competitive drive and ambition to shape the future of commerce in Africa
