Business Development Manager at Elevated HR Limited

Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic Business Development Managers to join our expanding team and support market growth in the power supply and LNG sectors across Nigeria's key regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the electricity and LNG market in Ogun, Oyo, and Lagos states, with focus on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Lekki, and Lekki Free Trade Zone areas
• Engage with local customers and collect market intelligence
• Arrange site visits, prepare marketing materials, deliver presentations, and follow up on client requirements
• Identify and source business opportunities from local and international businesses and industries
• Prepare Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and business proposals tailored to customer needs
• Conduct market research and development activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• 2-3 years of sales or business development experience in manufacturing, banking, power/energy, or trade sectors
• Age 30-40 years
• Responsible, reliable, and strong team player with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in electricity or gas sales industry
• Previous employment with Nigerian state-owned enterprises (such as EKO Electricity or Lagos State Power Authority)
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦800,000 gross (based on relevant industry experience)
