## Title: Business Development Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our client acquisition and strategic growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the intersection of real estate, finance, and digital platforms. You will be responsible for driving AUM (Assets Under Management) growth, expanding our client base, and ensuring all activities adhere to stringent statutory and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and corporate investors for digital investment platforms and REIT products
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and initial engagement to negotiation and closing, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual targets for assets raised
  • Ensure all business development activities, marketing materials, and client onboarding processes strictly comply with statutory and regulatory requirements governing digital investments and securities
  • Identify and secure capital for new and existing investment vehicles, including REITs and other digital funds, and collaborate with the investment team on product structuring to meet market demand
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the real estate, banking, stock brokerage, and financial advisory sectors to create a robust pipeline of referral business
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the digital investment, real estate, and financial services sectors
