## Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

Our fast-growing finance company is seeking qualified and passionate Business Development Managers to join our expanding team. Successful candidates will undergo an intensive three-month onboarding and leadership training program at our Head Office in Lagos, after which they will be deployed to branches nationwide to drive business development and ensure strong branch performance.

Training & Deployment

  • Training program at Lagos Head Office for a maximum duration of three (3) months
  • Upon successful completion, deployment to branches across Nigeria based on operational needs
  • Applicants may indicate up to three (3) preferred states or regions for deployment in their application
  • The organization reserves the right to assign successful candidates to any branch location requiring a Business Development Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification in any discipline
  • 2 - 5 years banking experience in a commercial bank or finance company
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and people-management skills
  • Smart, proactive, and results-driven orientation
  • Readiness to work in any part of Nigeria
  • Must have residential accommodation in Lagos for the initial 3-month training period
