## Title: Business Development Manager

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, merchant acquisition, and expansion of Fintech products and services. The role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, onboarding institutional and SME clients, managing partnerships, and supporting the adoption of digital financial solutions while ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.

Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Fintech ecosystem
  • Drive adoption of Fintech products such as digital payments, wallets, lending, collections, APIs, and merchant services
  • Expand company's presence across SMEs, corporates, institutions, and strategic partners
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities
  • Acquire and onboard merchants, corporate clients, and institutional partners
  • Lead client engagements, presentations, demos, and negotiations
  • Identify and manage partnership agreements, pricing models, and commercial terms
  • Represent the company in industry events, Fintech forums, and networking sessions
  • Drive transaction volume, revenue growth, and market expansion
  • Track performance against revenue and growth targets
  • Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure BD activities align with regulatory requirements
  • Understand regulatory guidelines affecting Fintech operations and partnerships
  • Prepare periodic business development and pipeline reports
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management
  • Track KPIs related to revenue, partnerships, and client growth
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support teams

Employment Terms

Employment is subject to a periodic performance contract with clearly defined Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators.
