What You Will Do: -  Generate and convert B2B leads. -  Drive client acquisition and revenue growth. -  Build and manage strong client relationships. -  Negotiate pricing and maintain healthy margins. -  Prepare revenue forecasts and performance reports. -  Support proposal development with the Growth team. -  Lead and coach a sales team to hit monthly & annual targets. What We Are Looking For: - 8+ years’ experience in B2B sales / business development. - Experience managing a sales team (min. 3 years). - Strong presentation and negotiation skills. - Data-driven with solid commercial judgment. - Proficient in MS Office & structured reporting. - Bachelor’s degree required; project management experience is a plus.
