## Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

Join a leading organization in a dynamic Business Development Manager position. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and developing strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners. This role requires expert knowledge of wholesale distribution and a proactive approach to building long-term strategic partnerships across wholesale, retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities
  • Expand sales across key channels, including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and export markets
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and market expansion objectives

Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
  • Identify new regions, segments, and partnerships for growth

Client & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Product & Brand Development

  • Promote company products, including varieties, quality standards, packaging, and certifications
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions, trade shows, and product launches
  • Provide market feedback to product development and operations teams

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Monitor sales performance against targets
