## Title: Sales & Business Development Executive – Energy Solutions

Job Summary

A fast-growing Energy Solutions company is seeking a smart, hardworking, and result-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team in Ajah. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets within the renewable energy and power solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the energy solutions market
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy or technical sector
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Must reside in or around Ajah
