Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for achieving the company's growth objectives by identifying and articulating new business development opportunities. This role involves identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with existing and new clients in alignment with corporate goals. The successful candidate will excel in a dynamic, fast-growing promotional field, enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and converting passive audiences into active customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business relationships and generate income through real estate client acquisition
- Negotiate new business opportunities and manage client relationships to support company objectives
- Assist in developing business plans and sales strategies for sourcing, scouting, and property acquisition that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Source and bring in external properties and business opportunities for the company
- Prepare action plans for effective identification and pursuit of sales leads and prospects
- Create and conduct proposal presentations and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and performance metrics
- Provide timely feedback regarding performance and progress toward targets
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising
- Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence across all platforms
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against established goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and campaign performance
- Brainstorm and develop new, creative growth strategies
- Optimize the company website to increase online traffic
- Conduct regular audits of social media and website marketing performance
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
