A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and market expansion for the company's healthcare products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitals, and distributors
- Execute marketing strategies that promote preventive health awareness
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with measurable impact
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (pharmaceutical/health sector preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented and proactive mindset with passion for improving community health outcomes
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₦150,000 (Net)
- 15% Net Profit Commission on Sales
- Transport Allowance for Marketing activities
- Airtime Allowance for business calls
Work Arrangement
Hybrid role requiring office presence twice weekly, following a one-week onboarding training period.
