About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to spearhead business growth for our online restaurant brand. The ideal candidate will combine passion for food, hospitality, and customer experience with strong sales skills to grow online orders, build corporate partnerships, and secure catering and event opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within events, catering, and corporate hospitality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate organizations
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with operations and events teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales approaches
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote services
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- 2 – 4 years proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations (preferably in events, catering, or hospitality)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
