## Title: Business Development Executive (B2B)
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Business Development Executive to lead the discovery and development of new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, strategic outreach, and building valuable partnerships with businesses. Your focus will be on top-of-funnel activities: identifying leads, initiating conversations, and setting the foundation for long-term B2B relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify prospective B2B clients and underserved segments
- Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach including calls, emails, networking, and social platforms
- Initiate conversations with decision-makers in target businesses and industries
- Identify client needs and propose how digital asset solutions can support them
- Develop and present customized pitches that articulate the business case for partnership
- Collaborate with Sales Executives by handing over qualified leads and supporting deal closure
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential business prospects using CRM tools
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand business relationships
- Provide regular feedback to internal teams on market insights, client pain points, and opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences
- Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B outreach (ideally in fintech or financial services)
- Strong communication and research skills with a consultative approach to opportunity development
- Proactive mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable with cold outreach
- Ability to identify the right stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
