## Title: Business Development Executive

Role Overview

The Champus Beverages & Wines Ltd seeks a dedicated Business Development Executive to drive product sales, develop new business relationships, manage customer accounts, and support brand activations. This role combines sales execution with strategic input into market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of wines, spirits, and soft drinks across assigned territories
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new distributors, retail outlets, and hospitality partners
  • Support the planning and execution of brand activations and promotional events
  • Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis
  • Ensure consistent customer engagement and relationship management
  • Provide timely sales reports and ensure target achievement
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, FMCG, or beverage distribution
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
