## Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic and expanding team. This role combines marketing, client acquisition, and relationship management, making it ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Develop proposals and pitches tailored to clients' needs
- Support marketing activities including content creation, campaigns, and presentations
- Maintain client relationships through CRM tools and ensure excellent customer service
- Prepare reports, documentation, and handle basic administrative tasks
- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance to provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client and operational support
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (2–3 years)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and strong customer service orientation
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
