## Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive business growth and revenue in a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and meet monthly revenue targets
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new clients and business partners
  • Build, maintain, and grow a strong network of clients (PBOs & investors)
  • Promote company products and create strategic marketing initiatives
  • Represent the company at presentations, inspections, and sales events
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports
  • Maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum HND or BSc in any discipline
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (real estate experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Warri
  • Smart, confident, and motivated to earn high commissions
