## Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities across the Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, and Procurement sectors.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in business development, commercial tendering, bidding, proposal development, and client relationship management. The role requires a strategic thinker with solid industry knowledge and a consistent record of closing high-value opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Oil & Gas, Engineering, and EPC markets
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand company presence and revenue
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, OEMs, and major industry clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Resolve client issues promptly and ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Tendering & Bidding (Commercial & Technical)

  • Lead the preparation and submission of RFQs, proposals, and tender documents
  • Review tender requirements and ensure technically and commercially compliant bids
  • Work with Supply Chain and Finance teams on pricing, costing, and bid strategy
  • Maintain a tender tracker and manage submission deadlines

Strategic Partnerships & Vendor Engagement

  • Identify and onboard relevant OEMs, subcontractors, and technical partners
  • Manage vendor registrations, NDAs, and prequalification processes
  • Support partnership development for project execution and bid competitiveness

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
