Job description

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. - We're hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing mid-to-large client accounts across shipping, logistics, and import/export services. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within logistics and freight forwarding - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and close profitable accounts - Own client relationships from prospecting through onboarding and handover - Engage clients with strong technical understanding of logistics services and trade processes - Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline reporting, and revenue forecasts Requirements: - 3–5 years’ proven BD/Sales experience in logistics/shipping/freight forwarding (mandatory) - Strong lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills - Client-facing experience managing commercial accounts - CRM usage and reporting discipline Check how your CV aligns with this job
