## Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, account management, preparing proposals, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and policies to achieve company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and deliver presentations and pitches to potential clients and partners
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives
  • Monitor and report on business development metrics and performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Experience in the energy or EPCM industry is a plus
