## Title: Business Development Executive
About the Role
JC International seeks a dedicated Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have proven experience across all stages of the sales cycle, with strong client relationship-building abilities and excellent negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify gaps, opportunities, and client needs
- Generate revenue through sales of JC International service offerings
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and presentations with clients
- Maintain existing accounts through prompt follow-up and responsive client service
- Establish new accounts by developing and expanding sales via client visits, telephone inquiries, email, and electronic communication
- Reactivate inactive accounts by reconnecting with leads to understand their current needs
- Drive business expansion and increase market share through networking and effective marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to promote services effectively
- Prepare presentations and pitches for prospective clients and regulators
- Ensure prompt response to client requests and accurate billing and invoicing
- Manage timely renewal of running contracts
- Coordinate vendor registration with key clients
- Ensure timely submission of all tenders
- Support prompt and seamless mobilization to job sites
- Participate in setting sales budgets for the division
- Support the company's corporate mission and objectives
Required Qualifications
- HND, BEng., or BSc in Sciences or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales and business development in a well-established organization
- Demonstrated experience across the full sales cycle, including deal closing
- Proven sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
