## Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role

An established company is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and business expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close deals with corporate clients and high net worth individuals
  • Write proposals and presentations to prospective clients
  • Create and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Maximize the company's operating performance
  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by the company
  • Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department
  • Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention
  • Suggest upgrades or additional products and services of interest to clients
  • Craft business proposals and contracts to increase revenue
  • Negotiate with clients to secure competitive pricing
  • Equip staff with technical and social skills needed to enhance sales performance
  • Review client feedback and implement necessary improvements
  • Monitor consumption trends to ensure offerings remain relevant
  • Prepare weekly reports

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant professional experience
  • Prior experience in power, energy, or electrical sectors is essential
  • Reside on the Island or in close proximity (e.g., Yaba Axis, Gbagada)

Compensation

₦300,000 monthly
