## Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role

House of Tara International is expanding its impact in the education and training space. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive partnerships with schools and enhance our training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand House of Tara's schools and training programs
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with schools, institutions, and training partners
  • Promote programs through presentations, events, and direct outreach
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate partnerships to achieve revenue and enrollment targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for clients
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports
  • Represent House of Tara at industry events, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or client relations
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Self-starter mentality with excellent negotiation abilities
  • Strong relationship management skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the education or training sector
