## Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our client base and drive revenue. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. This role includes a commission-based incentive structure in addition to a base salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients or partners
- Pitch products and services and present proposals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and deals
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous sales or business development experience is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Compensation
Base salary plus commission
