## Title: Business Development Executive

Job Purpose

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving growth by identifying and securing opportunities within the oil & gas sector, with a strong focus on pipeline projects and NAPIMS, NUIMS-related deals. This role requires a proactive individual who can build strategic relationships, manage client engagements, and contribute to Felton Energy Services Ltd's long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in pipeline projects and EPCM services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IOCs, NOCs, EPC contractors, OEMs, and regulatory bodies (NAPIMS, NUIMS experience required)
  • Monitor and identify RFPs, RFQs, and tender opportunities; assist in bid preparation and proposal development
  • Support the creation and execution of business development strategies to expand Felton's market presence
  • Engage in negotiations and assist in structuring deals to secure profitable contracts
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
  • Represent Felton at industry events, exhibitions, and forums to enhance visibility and generate leads
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, client interactions, and pipeline reports in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and project execution

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years proven experience in Business Development within oil & gas, EPCM, and pipeline sectors
  • Hands-on experience with NAPIMS, NUIMS processes and securing approvals
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian oil & gas regulatory environment and industry dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently
