Job description

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations. - Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies. - Negotiate and close deals that support company objectives. - Meet or exceed set sales targets and performance metrics. - Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field - Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related role. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and targets. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
