A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. - The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue across retail, wholesale, and corporate channels. This role is suited for a commercially minded professional with a strong understanding of relationship-driven sales. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business, retail, and partnership opportunities - Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, retailers, and distributors - Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and partnership documentation - Support sales strategy and revenue growth initiatives - Conduct market research and competitor analysis - Track leads, pipeline performance, and conversion metrics - Collaborate with marketing and operations to drive brand expansion Requirements: - 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships - Proven ability to generate leads and close deals - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills - Commercial awareness and strategic thinking - Experience within luxury, beauty, lifestyle, or retail brands is an advantage Ideal Candidate Profile - Results-driven and relationship-oriented - Confident, persuasive, and well-presented - Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, founder-led environment - Passionate about premium brands and consumer products
