A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Ado Ekiti. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining communication with prospective and existing clients, and developing strategies to achieve organizational growth goals. The role requires strategic planning and active participation in client meetings and negotiations to ensure successful partnerships. Required Qualifications: - Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and generate successful business partnerships. - Strong Business and Account Management experience with a focus on maintaining and fostering client relationships. - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and client interaction. - Ability to work independently, strategic thinking capabilities, and results-driven mindset. - Experience in a similar role or the real estate sector is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
