## Title: Business Development & Client Relationship Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, confident, and goal-oriented executive to drive client acquisition and business growth. This role is based in Omole Phase 1, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • 1–3 years' experience in Sales or Business Development (Real Estate experience is an advantage)
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and networking skills
  • Results-driven, proactive, and well-presented
  • Must reside in Lagos (proximity to Omole Phase 1 is a plus)
