Business Development Associate

Position Overview

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking a driven professional to support the company's growth. The Business Development Associate will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue generation. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills who can balance research, prospecting, and client engagement while supporting the wider business development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of business development strategies to secure new clients and revenue opportunities
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of leads across target industries and service areas
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
• Assist in preparing tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations for clients
• Engage with potential clients through prospecting, outreach, and follow-ups
• Support end-to-end client engagement from initial contact through onboarding and relationship management
• Track, analyze, and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams (Services, Operations, and Creative) to align proposals and delivery with client needs
• Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
• Proven ability to engage clients and contribute to revenue growth
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct research and provide market insights to support strategy
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
• Experience in the media, consulting, branding, or marketing industry is highly desirable
