About the Role

We are seeking a Business Developer to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of the tech hiring landscape and the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to HR decision-makers, CTOs, CIOs, and hiring managers in technology-driven companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies in the tech recruitment sector
• Communicate value propositions to HR decision-makers and IT leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in technology-driven companies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development or recruitment
• Strong understanding of tech roles and the technology hiring landscape
• Proven experience selling recruitment-as-a-service (RaaS) or outsourced talent solutions
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and sales automation platforms
• Existing network within HR or IT decision-making circles (a plus)
