Our client, a fast-paced creative Studio, located in Ikeja, Lagos State is currently seeking a highly skilled, qualified and experienced Business Developer to join our dynamic team for full time employment. The Business Developer will to drive revenue growth and brand expansion through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and event activations. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter and already embedded in the creative, entertainment, media, or lifestyle industries with an established network and a proven ability to convert relationships into revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations. - Drive business growth through event activations, experiential marketing opportunities, and brand integrations. - Develop and execute revenue strategies aligned with the Studios’ brand vision and market positioning. - Pitch the Studio to brands, agencies, sponsors, and corporate partners. - Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across relevant industries. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms to maximize profitability. - Track performance metrics and report on revenue growth, deal pipeline, and ROI. - Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to deliver value-driven partnerships. Requirements: - Proven experience in business development, partnerships, sponsorships, or brand collaborations. - Existing, active network within creative, entertainment, media, fashion, tech, lifestyle, or corporate brand spaces. - Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and build profitable partnerships. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach. - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-growing, creative environment. - Experience working with production studios, creative agencies, event companies, or media brands will be an added advantage. - Background in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or experiential marketing. - Familiarity with sponsorship sales and partnership-based revenue models. Salary - ₦200,000-₦250,000 monthly
