An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Role Description - Engage stakeholders to gather and define business requirements. - Use interviews, meetings, document reviews, workflows, and use-case analysis to elicit requirements. - Prepare detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to support solution development. - Create mockups, user stories, and use cases to clarify needs. - Lead requirement walkthroughs with stakeholders and obtain approval/sign-off. - Document current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes using standard modeling techniques. - Lead process discovery and improvement sessions to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements. - Facilitate process design/re-design workshops with process owners and implementation teams. - Recommend changes to prevent issues and support continuous improvement. - Analyze, develop, and implement measurable and sustainable process improvement plans.
