Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. - Identify problems, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Understand business processes and workflows. - Analyze business processes and recommend improvements - Support project planning, testing, and implementation - Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders - Collaborate with IT, product, finance, and operations teams - Monitor KPIs and measure project outcomes Requirements: - Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relating field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with requirements gathering and documentation - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work with data, processes, and systems - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
