Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Salary: N250k – N400k
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the executive team in two critical areas: Data Analytics and Strategic Communication. You will be responsible for translating complex datasets into actionable insights and high-stakes presentations for our board, investors, and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a "PowerPoint Wizard" who can also build a robust financial model from scratch. You will act as the bridge between our raw operational data and the story we tell our investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Presentation & Storytelling (The "Slide Master")
- Deck Development: Take lead on drafting high-quality PowerPoint presentations for board meetings, investor roadshows, and quarterly earnings.
- Visual Communication: Translate dense data into clean, intuitive charts, infographics, and diagrams.
- Executive Support: Rapidly iterate on presentation drafts based on executive feedback, ensuring \\\"investor-ready\\\" quality and brand consistency.
Number Crunching & Data Analysis
- Financial Modeling: Maintain and update integrated financial models (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).
- KPI Tracking: Build and manage dashboards to track core business metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, Burn Rate, Churn).
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform \\\"deep dives\\\" into specific business segments to identify trends, risks, or opportunities for optimization.
Investor Relations (IR) Support
- Due Diligence: Support capital raising efforts by managing virtual data rooms and responding to investor info requests.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor peer company performance, industry trends, and analyst reports to provide competitive benchmarking.
- Investor CRM: Maintain the investor database and assist in drafting monthly or quarterly shareholder letters.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate FP&A, or a high-growth startup.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- The "Soft" Stuff: Extreme attention to detail (no typos in the deck!), ability to manage tight deadlines, and a \\\"no task too small\\\" mentality.
