## Title: Building Project Coordinator
Job Summary
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about seeing construction projects come to life?
Invent Alliance Limited is looking for a dedicated Building Project Coordinator to oversee on-site operations, manage artisans, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, has a basic understanding of building construction, and is eager to grow within a dynamic project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site activities and ensure artisans are working according to plan
- Assign tasks to artisans and laborers while ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Prepare and send daily progress reports to management
- Track material usage and site stock levels, requesting replenishment when needed
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols
- Act as the link between management, artisans, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Keep basic project records, including site activities, material receipts, and daily work logs
- Identify issues on-site and escalate technical challenges promptly for resolution
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Basic understanding of building construction methods and materials
- Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Email for reporting
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Physically fit and comfortable with site-based work
- Must reside within Ikate to Sangotedo axis
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced construction environment
