## Title: Brokers Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Brokers Sales Executive uses customer service and marketing functions to nurture leads through the sales funnel, from initial portal registration through purchase and repeat purchases. This role involves managing client relationships across multiple channels including email, phone, social media, direct mail, and in-person contact.

The successful candidate will manage, support, and communicate with clients to ensure all leads are effectively managed and transactions are successfully completed. You will follow up with all assigned leads, work through all transaction stages following established policies and procedures, and escalate any processing issues to the Head Brokers Administrator for swift resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquisition and retention of brokers and clients through offline marketing
  • Aggressively follow up with all leads referred by brokers, ensuring successful closure of all leads
  • Handle B2B and B2C leads assigned, following all set procedures and ensuring successful transaction completion
  • Manage client inquiries via phone calls, emails, live chats, and social media channels
  • Resolve client issues by clarifying complaints, determining root causes, explaining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Acquire brokers through referral methods from both existing and potential clients
  • Cross-market company products to existing and potential clients when needed
  • Source optimal leads and refer customers to conduct business with the organization
  • Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Manage, support, and communicate effectively with all assigned clients
  • Communicate all issues encountered during the processing stage and client feedback to the Head Brokers Administrator
