## Title: Brokers Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Brokers Sales Executive nurtures leads through the sales funnel using customer service and marketing functions, from lead acquisition through purchase and repeat business. This role involves managing client relationships, supporting transactions, and ensuring successful deal closure while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and retain brokers and clients through offline marketing initiatives
  • Aggressively follow up with all leads referred by brokers to ensure successful closure
  • Manage B2B and B2C leads assigned, following established procedures and ensuring successful transaction completion
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels
  • Resolve client issues by clarifying complaints, determining root causes, and implementing solutions while following up to ensure resolution
  • Acquire brokers through referral methods from existing and potential clients
  • Cross-market company products to existing and potential clients when opportunities arise
  • Source optimal leads and identify customer referral opportunities
  • Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Manage, support, and communicate with clients throughout the transaction process
  • Communicate any issues encountered during processing and client feedback to the Head Brokers Administrator for swift resolution

Required Approach

  • Reach clients using multiple methods including email, phone, social media, direct mail, and direct outreach
  • Follow up with all assigned leads according to set policies and procedures
  • Work through all transaction stages while maintaining compliance with company standards
  • Ensure effective lead management and successful transaction completion
