About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods while maintaining strict food safety standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Bake bread and other baked goods to consistent quality standards
• Present specialty cakes and baked goods
• Order bakery items using electronic ordering devices
• Delegate daily tasks to team members
• Maintain extensive knowledge of baking techniques and bakery products
• Ensure bakery product quality through quality control checks
• Maintain adequate product quantity
• Maintain proof boxes and bakery equipment
• Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in bread baking and bakery operations
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
• Ability to manage inventory and use electronic ordering systems
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Leadership skills for delegating tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
