About the Role

PG Consulting Limited is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a talented Brand & Marketing Manager to join us in Lagos. You will be responsible for creating and executing our comprehensive marketing strategy, managing both the digital and physical presence of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute marketing and communication activities according to the marketing plan
• Lead and coordinate all marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive business growth
• Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance metrics and ROI
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to inform clients and prospects about products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote offerings and ensure brand consistency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years of experience in marketing
• Strong commercial acumen
• Proficiency with technology, graphic design/AI tools, and MS Excel/PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Digital marketing experience is a plus

Compensation

N700,000 net and above monthly, depending on experience.
