Job description
An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and market positioning.
- Manage brand identity across all online channels, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to execute cohesive campaigns.
- Oversee content development (social media, advertising, digital campaigns, product listings).
- Plan and manage brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.
- Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
- Ensure all brand communications align with the company’s vision and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5+ years experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in the E-commerce, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, online consumer behavior, and social media trends.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Proficiency in market research, brand analytics tools, and data interpretation.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
