Position Overview: - The Brand & Corporate Communications Executive is responsible for developing, managing, and executing the Group’s branding, public relations, and communication strategies across all A4&T subsidiaries. The role ensures consistent brand messaging, enhances corporate reputation, drives stakeholder engagement, and supports business development through strategic communications and compelling content. Key Responsibilities: Corporate Communications & PR - Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance visibility - Draft press releases, speeches, CEO messages, and corporate announcements - Manage media relations and public engagement - Oversee crisis communication and company reputation management Branding & Visual Identity Management - Ensure consistent use of approved brand guidelines - Supervise the development of branded materials - Maintain brand asset library Digital Media & Content Creation - Manage the Group’s digital presence and social media platforms - Create engaging content for website, newsletters, and campaigns - Coordinate multimedia production and digital storytelling Internal Communications - Develop internal newsletters and corporate updates - Support HR with policy communication and culture-building - Strengthen internal communication channels Stakeholder Engagement & Events - Support planning and execution of stakeholder programs and corporate events - Prepare presentations and communication material for leadership - Coordinate CSR communication and impact stories Market & Industry Intelligence - Monitor industry trends and market developments - Prepare communication briefs for management - Documentation, Reporting & Compliance - Prepare monthly reports and media performance analytics - Maintain communication documentation and compliance standards Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s in Mass Communication, Marketing, PR, or related field - Certifications in branding or digital marketing are advantages - 3–5 years in corporate communications, PR, or branding - Experience in energy or sustainability sector is an advantage
