Role Summary The Branch Supervisor is responsible for the effective management of all branch operations, including overseeing the daily activities of the Front Office Staff, Servicing & Technical Teams, and other support staff within the branch. This role ensures smooth operations, optimizes service quality, drives sales, and ensures the overall success and profitability of the branch. Key Responsibilities: & DUTIES

• Branch Operations Management    Overall control of daily branch operations. Supervise Front Office (billing, invoicing, indoor sales, reception) and Technical Teams (wheel alignment, tyre fitting/repair, service bays). Ensure strict SOP adherence and operational discipline.    25%

• Sales & Revenue Growth    Drive sales of tyres, lubricants, batteries, and accessories. Achieve branch targets, execute promotions, track performance, and develop new business opportunities.    20%

• Customer Service & Escalation    Handle customer complaints and escalations. Monitor feedback and implement service improvements to ensure high customer satisfaction.    15%

• Inventory & Stock Management    Coordinate stock replenishment with central warehouse. Ensure accurate stock records, movements, and controls through Store/Warehouse Supervisor.    10%
