Branch Sales / Operations Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Sales and Operations Manager to join our expanding team at Rossetti Tiles Limited in Lagos. You will be responsible for generating revenue and profit for the business by marketing all company products and services, growing our customer base, and managing branch operations to deliver on set revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit prospective customers to pitch company products (tiles and other building finishing products) and generate sales revenue through cold and warm calling
• Follow up on sales leads from existing and new customers to meet assigned revenue targets
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales opportunities
• Achieve set monthly sales and revenue targets for the branch
• Create and maintain a comprehensive database of customer categories including architects, contractors, and engineers who could benefit from the company's products and services
• Conduct regular marketing visits to building construction sites to liaise with architects, contractors, and building engineers
• Respond to and follow up on customer enquiries from phone calls, social media, and other channels; resolve customer issues promptly
• Process all received customer orders promptly following payment confirmation
• Monitor and thoroughly check all customer orders to ensure accuracy
• Deliver technical presentations on company products, demonstrating how products meet client needs
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education as needed
• Generate proposals and tenders according to client specifications
• Calculate accurate costs and provide customers with competitive quotations
• Negotiate terms of agreements with a view to closing sales
• Create invoices, receipts, and delivery notes accurately for all transactions
• Deliver post-sales services and support to customers
• Manage the overall operations of the branch
• Sell the entire range of company products to walk-in customers and through marketing initiatives
