## Title: Branch Manager

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to oversee the daily operations, sales performance, customer service, and profitability of the assigned branch. The Branch Manager will be a result-oriented leader responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong customer relationships in line with the organization's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive branch sales to achieve revenue and profitability targets through effective team leadership and execution of sales strategies
  • Oversee daily branch operations, including stock management, cash control, customer service, and compliance with company policies
  • Supervise, motivate, and develop the branch team to deliver outstanding performance and maintain high service standards
  • Monitor sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve branch performance
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales, stock, and financial transactions
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, promptly resolve escalations, and uphold the organization's brand image within the market
  • Enforce operational discipline, loss prevention, and adherence to audit and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with regional and head office teams on marketing, logistics, and performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • 5–7 years' experience in sales or branch management, preferably in consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations
