A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to lead and drive the performance of the Branch in line with targets set by the bank.

Drive branch performance in alignment with bank targets
Generate deposit liability budgets as directed by the bank
Generate risk asset budgets as directed by the bank
Generate Profit after Tax (PAT/PBT) budgets as directed by the bank
Initiate and coordinate the development of branch strategies and marketing plans
Prepare and implement plans for growing the client base
Identify new business opportunities and high-value relationships for conversion to the bank's customer base
Provide marketing support through joint calls with team members to deepen relationships and bridge knowledge gaps
Network with potential clients in the locality to increase customer base
Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers
Develop and maintain high standards of customer relationship management at the branch
Ensure zero tolerance for inactive and dormant accounts
Ensure effective relationship management with new and existing customers to improve deposit liability growth and mix
Appraise risk assets and monitor their disbursement
Ensure efficient service delivery and maintenance of customer relationships
Manage all branch staff to achieve increased value creation, business volume, and enhanced profitability
Create and sustain a team culture that encourages quality service delivery and high performance
Ensure branch operating costs remain within approved budget
