Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day branch operations and production activities. - Ensure compliance with operational policies, safety, and quality standards. - Drive revenue growth and cost efficiency at branch level. - Supervise, coach, and evaluate branch staff performance. - Prepare and submit operational reports to management. Person Specifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. - Strong people management and operational leadership skills. - Ability to work independently and under pressure.
