We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Position Overview:
- As part of our expansion, we are seeking experienced, result-oriented, and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Branch Managers.
- The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales performance, managing team productivity, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction in line with the company’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch sales and marketing activities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Supervise and mentor sales teams for optimal performance
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Prepare and submit periodic performance reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate, sales, or business management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: N150,000 – N300,000 monthly
